2.1. Users may request a refund after the first 3 months from their purchase date if backtest results show cumulative profit below 5% during that period.
2.2. Eligible users will receive a refund of 85% of the amount paid for their selected plan.
2.3. To initiate a refund, users must submit a request via email to [email protected] or contact our support on Telegram after the 3-month period has ended.
2.4. All approved refund requests will be processed within 24 hours of verification.
2.5. Users must provide their license key for verification. We will conduct our own backtests for the 3-month period to determine eligibility. If our backtest results show that profit was 5% or above, the refund request will be denied. We are not responsible if you have failed to use the trading bot 24/7 during the eligibility period.
2.6. Refunds will be issued using the same cryptocurrency payment method used for the original purchase, or an alternative method at our discretion.
2.7. Users who achieve 5% or more profit during the 3-month period are not eligible for refunds. All sales become final once eligibility has been determined.
3.1. Each license key can only be used on one account simultaneously.
3.2. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke license keys if we detect suspicious activities, such as a License key being used on multiple accounts simultaneously.
3.3. Users cannot share or resell their license keys.
4.1. All payments are processed through our cryptocurrency payment provider, Plisio.
4.2. Users are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
5.1. The Forex EA software and all associated content are our exclusive intellectual property.
5.2. Users are strictly prohibited from selling, redistributing, or reverse engineering the EA software.
5.3. Any unauthorized use of our software will result in immediate license termination.
6.1. We are not responsible for any kind of damage or loss that may be incurred from using our EA software.
6.2. Users are fully responsible for their own trading decisions and results.
